Science Parks
Each science park has its own distinct characteristics, meaning there’s no one-size-fits-all model. That said, proximity to leading universities, a defined technology focus, and access to specialised facilities such as laboratories are common features. In the US, the life sciences real estate market is dominated by a select group of major players, of whom have delivered strong returns and drawn significant investor interest. Today, European investors are recognising similar growth potential emerging across the continent.
At ESPG, we focus on creating science parks near leading universities and tech hubs, offering tenants long-term commitment, flexibility, and tailored spaces for innovation. As we aim to lead in the European market, we leverage our expertise and network to build ecosystems that foster growth
