Ralf Nöcker – Principal

Established real estate deal-maker and private equity fund manager with 24 years transaction and capital raising experience. Ralf’s pan-European track record totals Euro 5.4bn comprising of over 27 transactions, encompassing all investment styles. During these years, Ralf raised over Euro 500m of equity capital for various strategies, obtained S&P rating and led teams across Europe. 

Ralf started  his career in 1999 in investment banking with Nikko, Nomura and Bear Stearns. From 2007 to 2013, Ralf was a board member of Corestate Capital, where he led on over Euro 2bn of deals. 

He then joined Tristan Capital as key man of a Euro 450m fund before returning briefly to investment banking at Macquarie.

Most recently, Ralf served as Chief Investment Officer of Vivion Investments Sarl. During his tenure, the company grew of Euro 4.3bn of Assets, obtained a BB+ rating from S&P and issued Euro 1.2bn of unsecured bonds. Ralf was instrumental in the acquisition and financing of the largest development project in Berlin and numerous bank financings. 

Ralf is based in London with regular travel to Berlin.  


Mark Abramson – Partner

Mark Abramson is our Partner for Special Situations investments in publicly traded European real estate companies. Mark has over 28 years of experience in European and global equity markets. 

Previously, Mark was Partner at Heitman, an alternative fund manager with US$ 35bn AuM. During his years at Heitman, Mark was the Co-Head of Global REIT investment, responsible for long-short and long-only equity strategies. 

Before that, Mark was a top ranked sell-side equity research analyst at Bear Stearns, based out of New York, London and São Paulo. He was non-executive director of Warsaw-listed property owner/developer Echo Investments SA, and currently serves as non-executive director of Zurich-listed PSP Swiss Property AG. Furthermore, he is a long-standing member of European Public Real Estate Association committee on Tax and Regulation.

Mark splits his time between Tel Aviv, Munich and New York.


Ben Lehrecke – Senior Advisor

For the last 10 years, Ben served as Country Head of Round Hill Capital, including 5 years as CEO of Vitus Group. Select previous experience includes Head of German and Austrian real estate business for Pears Family Trust, Director of Acquisitions at The Mills Corp. and KanAm Group in Munich, and Director of New Business Development at Tishman Speyer Properties in London and New York.

Over his career, Ben has been instrumental in executing of residential and commercial transactions with 5m m2 of prominent office, residential, student housing, retail and speciality real estate space with a cumulative realized value of over € 7 billion. 

Ben holds a Dual Masters in Business Management and Engineering from TU Berlin and Masters of Real Estate Development from USC, Los Angeles.


Alexander Keberle – Analyst

Alex is a postgraduate Investment analyst who has started his working career as an intern at 64 Investments. He focuses on the firms’ German deals and takes care of Data modeling

He studied International Management at the ISM in Germany and is currently based in Germany as well.
