Euro 105m – Project Stella (Mixed office in Germany) Deal: Pool of core-plus office properties located in Western Germany with some capex backlock Challenge: Incumbent loan of Euro 100m plus had to be restructured to meet banks’ requirement post change of control Solution: 64 Investments got bank to agree to new business plan showing lower tenant fluctuation in the light of stronger rental markets

Euro 700m – Project Vanuatu Deal: Rating and issuance of unsecured bond for Euro 4.2bn portfolio company with assets in the UK and Germany Challenge: Portfolio and company had just been assembled from separate properties and companies under overlapping ownership Solution: 64 Investments supported management team with analysis of the UK and German real estate market and provided key reseach data input

Euro 565m – Project Fürst (Mixed-Use Development in Berlin Property: Mixed-used development island site with 108.000 sim building rights Debt financing: Restructure Euro 240m of secured private Bonds (Schuldscheine) to free up cash for capex and allow for change of control  Challenge: Largest construction site in Berlin in the hight of the first lock down and reduced capacity in the German lending market Solution: Working closely with existing management, 64 Investments devised a structure for a comprehensive regear of the existing loan package while creating exit flexibility
