64 Investments is a real estate finance and wealth management firm operating in Germany, the UK, and Europe. We specialise in complex real estate projects, partnering with property companies, real estate managers, private equity firms, and entrepreneurial individuals. Established in 2008 as a Swiss private foundation and incorporated in London in 2016, we have led transactions worth over Euro 4 billion, offering specialised services through our extensive network. Our notable investment includes repositioning a local shopping center with over 50 shops, generating strong income. The name “64 Investments” is inspired by the 64th French département, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, where our first investment property was located.

64 Investments History
64 Investments has been trading as a private foundation (Stiftung) under Swiss law since 2008. It was incorporated in London in 2015 to manage the personal pension assets of several partners from the real estate private equity industry. The firm moved into the real estate corporate finance space in 2016 with several strategic transactions and the launch of a CEE platform with over Euro 300m of AUM. To capitalise on the market disruption caused by lockdown across Europe, and Brexit in the UK, the firm kick-started its growth in 2021. The first transaction was the acquisition of a shopping centre with a 13,000m2 trading area.
